🎄Island Wide Markets' First Christmas Market🎄

Join us for our first Christmas Market, held over two days: Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8.

It's being held at the Murchison Centre. 17 St Pius X Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A 6A2

- Friday: Open to the public from 5 PM to 9 PM.

- Saturday: Open from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Attendance: Participation on both days is mandatory; single-day sign-ups are not permitted.

Admission: Instead of an entry fee, we will be collecting donations for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

Setup:

- Friday: Setup begins at 3 PM. You may leave your products overnight as the venue will be securely locked.

- Saturday: Tear down will be from 2 PM to 3 PM. We must vacate the venue by 3 PM sharp.

Table Fees:

- Single Table (8'): $75 for both days.

- Two Tables: $125 for both days.

Table fees cover venue rent + HST, roadside signage, flyers, and paid advertising (The Buzz, Facebook, Instagram).

Kindly note that we are unable to accept sign-ups via messages, comments, replies, texts, emails, or phone calls. We understand this may seem strict, but to ensure accuracy and fairness for all vendors, these guidelines are necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Once you’re confirmed as a participant, please keep the following in mind:

☃️ You will only receive two emails from us: one confirming your acceptance, and one with your payment receipt.

All vendor information regarding the event will be posted in the IWM Facebook group, under the corresponding Event listed in the Events tab at the top of the group page. ⛄️ Please note: All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason or date.

However, if you notify us early enough and we are able to find a replacement vendor, we will issue a refund after the new vendor has submitted their payment.
