Updated Information on the Christmas Market

1. Join the Facebook Group

If you haven’t already, please join the Island Wide Markets group on Facebook.

Note: You must answer the admittance questions to be accepted.

2. RSVP to the Event

Once you're in the group, go to the Events tab and click “Going” on the Christmas Market event.

This is where updates, announcements, and questions will be posted.

3. Payment Due by October 1, 2025

Please send your payment via e-transfer to: kyminc2472@gmail.com

1 table: $75

2 tables: $125

(This covers both days. Receipts will be provided.)

Note: Refunds will not be issued after September 15, 2025 — this is a change from the previously stated September 30.

4. Advertising

There will be ad placed in The Buzz and if table sales generate enough revenue, Coffee News, to help promote the event.

🎄 Christmas Market Details

📍 Location: Murchison Centre, Charlottetown

📅 Dates: November 7 & 8, 2025

🎁 Admission: Free for the public — donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) are appreciated.

🎄Friday, November 7🎄

Setup begins at 3:00 p.m.

Be ready by 4:45 p.m.

Open to the public from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Must vacate the building by 10:00 p.m.

Tables can remain set up overnight.

🎄Saturday, November 8🎄

Doors open for vendors at 8:00 a.m.

Sale runs from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Must be out by 3:00 p.m. (Another event follows.)
